XVI Grand ceremony of Donation, in the limits of the Musical offering charity project took place on April 20, 2013 in Veliky Novgorod, one of the oldest cities of Russia, which is also regarded as one of the biggest cultural centers in the North-West region of Russian Federation. The event took place in the Concert Hall of State Regional Educational Committee for Culture education bodies.
26 music and art schools received a donation of books and music scores edited and printed by Compozitor Publishing House.
