Towards Ekaterina Maksimova’s 75-year jubilee...

     February 1st all the ballet fans will celebrate the jubilee of the great Ekaterina Maksimova, (1939–2009), one of the most prominent ballet dancers of the XX century. The celebration will take place in the Bolshoi Theatre, of which she was a prima for many long successful years. The traditional ballet competition Arabesque 2014 also will bear the name of the great Ekaterina Maximova.
